International delivery is available via Russian post service. Depending on the weight, contents and dimensions of your order the system will automatically calculate shipping costs. As we are just testing international delivery we've set dispatching days as Wednesday and Sunday each week. We will update delivery information depending on the amount of the orders placed with Silberra.

Should you find the shipping costs higher than expected, try to remove heavy items like 1Liter canisters of chemistry. Any liquid within your order means that we will use ground shipping to deliver the parcel; we are working on international avia delivery for liquids, but meanwhile we can not guarantee those: postal rules are contradictional in that area and sometimes liquids are subject to restriction for avia delivery.

Delivery periods

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the order shall be dispatched within 4 days after the order was paid by customer.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
